  • Develop and implement an integrated organization-wide marketing and communications strategy that builds visibility and drives engagement for both LaVerne’s and The Village Ballroom. This includes identifying and engaging priority audiences, defining and maintaining brand voices across multiple channels, and cultivating relationships with the public and press.

  • Developed an actionable design plan by refining client vision, selecting and sourcing materials, interfacing with subcontractors, and executing the build out. 

Creative Content Producer, Sheepscot Creative (2025) 

  • Provided content and marketing support for nonprofit and public agency clients, including website maintenance, copywriting, interview facilitation and publication, and the creation and execution of social media calendars.

  • Edited journal articles, essays, and Lincoln’s forthcoming manuscript. I also provided big-picture conceptual feedback, technical copyediting, and line editing.

Creative Projects and Marketing Manager, Perpetually Devastated (2017 - 2024)

  • Project Manager: From fielding inquiries to guiding clients through the design and building phases, to ensuring client satisfaction post delivery, I am the touchstone for client communication and relations. I convey customer needs to our internal team and write and test internal policies and procedures to keep the company, its subcontractors, and clients in harmony. I create and maintain contracts, write and file reports, and communicate with the press. I also compose legal documents, performance reviews, internal reports, advertisements, social media posts, and press releases. 

  • Marketing and Administration: I create brand content, produce events, and garner press opportunities. This includes writing copy, creating and maintaining websites, SEO, social media marketing, and commercial and narrative video production. I get this work broadly published on digital and analog platforms (The New York Times, Dwell, 1859, Apartment Therapy, and more) to portray Perpetually Devastated in its best light and introduce new potential clients and community members to the brand. 

Associate Instructor, University of California, Davis (2017 - 2021)

  • With appointments in the English and University Writing Departments, I offered writing instruction and mentorship to international students, English language learners, and advanced undergraduates. I developed course curriculum, conducted seminars, facilitated discussion sections, and provided feedback. In 2020, I transitioned to a fully online mode of instruction and received positive feedback for maintaining a supportive and responsive remote learning environment.

Copy Editor, Dr. C. Edward Dawkins (2017 - 2020)

  • Edited 50 years of Dr. Dawkins’ collected manuscripts and helped him self-published two volumes of short stories, poetry, and personal essays. This work involved extensive rewriting alongside Dr. Dawkins and reformatting many hundreds of pages to comply with self-publishing format requirements.

  • Managed email marketing campaigns and social media accounts, publicized season programming, and facilitated daily operations including checking students into class and communicating with instructors.
